Hal serves as CTO of Solution-AI, bringing decades of experience leading technology organizations through digital transformation. He champions customer-centric delivery, disciplined architecture, and AI programs that survive audits and scale globally.
With a track record spanning IBM, Capgemini, and Cognizant, Hal has led large-scale programs across defense, healthcare, and regulated industries. He holds dual master's degrees in Business and Computer Science from Florida Tech.
